Overview: Mini Pop Maison is a vibrant and modern residential haven located in the prestigious Crescent Bay, Parel. Designed by Headquarters 2.0, this project reflects the unique personalities and lifestyle of its inhabitants, Shreyas & Naveli Jain.

Client's Vision: Shreyas & Naveli Jain envisioned a minimal yet creatively designed home that catered to the needs of their growing family. With a young child in tow, the couple prioritised maximum space utilisation, child-friendly design elements, and a pop of colours to add vibrancy to their living space.

Design Concept: The design concept revolves around a modern aesthetic with a playful twist. Bold pops of colour are juxtaposed against a neutral canvas, creating a vibrant yet sophisticated ambiance. Each room is thoughtfully designed to reflect the preferences and lifestyle of the homeowners, with special attention given to creating functional spaces for the young child and accommodating storage needs.

Space Planning: The 3BHK layout features a spacious living room with a large balcony, leading seamlessly into the dining area. The bedrooms are strategically organised, with a separate room dedicated to the young child, a room for the parents, and a master bedroom. Each room is equipped with an attached bathroom for added convenience.

Aesthetic Choices:

Colour Palette:Vibrant pop colours are used throughout the house to infuse energy and personality into the space.

Materials and Finishes: Laminate, mirrors, and 3D murals add texture and depth to the design, while maintaining a sleek and modern aesthetic.

Design Elements:Standout features include a bold TV panel in the living room, a symmetrical crockery storage with a cantilever fixed bench in the dining area, and a walk-in wardrobe concept in the master bedroom.

Client Collaboration: Throughout the design process, Headquarters 2.0 collaborated closely with the client to bring their vision to life. The client's enthusiasm for bold design choices and creative expression fueled the design direction, resulting in a space that truly reflects their personality and lifestyle.
