Overview: Temple Tranquil, located in Oberoi Sky Garden, Andheri West, Lokhandwala, Mumbai, epitomises sophisticated urban living. This project caters to the needs of an elite family seeking an elegant yet functional home that reflects their well-travelled lifestyle. With a focus on ample storage and urban practicality, Temple Tranquil offers a sanctuary of sophistication and class. Crafted by Headquarters 2.0, this residential project embodies elegance and functionality, catering to the needs of an elite family seeking a home that mirrors their well-travelled lifestyle.

Client's Vision: The clients, comprising an affluent businessman, his wife, and their children, sought a home that would seamlessly blend elegance with functionality. Each family member's unique personality was to be reflected in the design, while emphasising the need for ample storage space in Mumbai's urban landscape.

Design Concept: Temple Tranquil embraces an urbane, contemporary aesthetic, focusing on maximising space utilisation and luxurious spaciousness. A neutral colour palette, coupled with carefully selected materials, creates a backdrop for distinctive design elements that define each room, offering a cohesive yet memorable living experience.

Space Planning: With a sprawling 3020 sq. ft. layout featuring four bedrooms, staff quarters, and expansive balconies, the design challenge lay in crafting unique concepts for each area. Strategic use of dark Italian marble flooring sets an elegant tone upon entry, leading to a living area adorned with fabric panels and a striking 20-foot onyx TV unit. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to reflect the occupant's personality while maximising comfort and functionality.

Aesthetic Choices:

Colour Palette:A neutral colour palette forms the foundation of Temple Tranquil aesthetic, creating a sense of calm and sophistication throughout the space.

Materials and Finishes: Luxurious materials such as dark Italian marble, veneer finishes, and digital glass artwork add depth and texture to the design, elevating the overall ambiance of the home.

Client Collaboration: Headquarters 2.0 collaborated closely with the client to understand their vision and preferences, incorporating their feedback at every stage of the design process.
